Cassandra began her insurance career in 2021 after being recruited from the food service industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting as a receptionist, she quickly earned her insurance license and embraced every opportunity to learn the industry. Her dedication to continuous growth and passion for helping people has allowed her to transition into a sales role where she combines her customer service background with her love of educating clients and finding personalized insurance solutions.
Clients working with Cassandra can expect prompt communication, proactive updates, and someone who truly goes the extra mile. She approaches every policy as if it were protecting her own home, vehicles, and family, believing that the best insurance experience comes from taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs and ensuring they know exactly what they’re purchasing.
Outside of work, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her husband, their three dogs, and their new baby as they embrace the adventures of first-time parenthood. She loves baking sweet treats, exploring the outdoors, taking road trips, and discovering new television shows to binge-watch. One of her favorite destinations is Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and she and her husband can always be found debating the perfect road trip playlist.
