Andy Priesman

Andy Priesman is the Founder and CEO of Cover Desk, a leading provider of Virtual Assistant solutions for independent insurance agencies across the United States. Since launching Cover Desk in 2018, Andy has helped agencies create capacity, improve operational efficiency, and scale their businesses through innovative staffing solutions. Under his leadership, Cover Desk has grown to support hundreds of agencies with trained insurance professionals specializing in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Accounting, Claims, and administrative operations.

Before founding Cover Desk, Andy built his career as an insurance agency owner and entrepreneur. In 2004, he founded Greenway Insurance, an independent agency that grew from a startup operation into one of the largest and most respected independent agencies in Texas. As Greenway expanded, Andy experienced firsthand the staffing challenges many agencies face, including recruiting, training, and retaining quality team members. Those experiences ultimately inspired the creation of Cover Desk, which was designed to help agencies overcome those same challenges while creating opportunities for talented professionals around the world.

Today, Andy is recognized throughout the insurance industry as an advocate for operational excellence, innovation, and agency growth. Through both Greenway Insurance and Cover Desk, he remains passionate about helping independent agencies leverage people, processes, and technology to build stronger, more scalable organizations.
