Caitlin Ogletree

As Director of Marketing and Agency Relations at Greenway Insurance, Caitlin Ogletree is passionate about building relationships, strengthening partnerships, and helping more people discover the value of working with an independent insurance agency. Her role focuses on growing Greenway’s presence in the community, supporting referral partners, and equipping Greenway’s agents with the tools and resources they need to succeed within their centers of influence.

Caitlin began her insurance career in 2018 in a part-time reporting role and quickly discovered a passion for the industry. Through hard work and a dedication to continuous learning, she grew into the role of Operations Manager for a large insurance agency before transitioning into marketing and agency relations. Her unique background in operations, analytics, and agency growth gives her a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to create exceptional client experiences and support agency success.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys traveling with her family, making memories with her husband and three daughters, and prioritizing health and wellness. She has a passion for fitness, staying active, and living a healthy lifestyle. A fun fact that often surprises people is that Caitlin is a Registered Dietitian, although she’s the first to admit she doesn’t always practice what she preaches!
