As Service Center Manager at Greenway Insurance, Monica Garcia is dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences and ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and valued. She takes pride in helping clients navigate their insurance needs and finds the greatest fulfillment in those “aha” moments, when she can identify the root of a concern, provide a solution, and turn a frustrating situation into a positive experience.
Monica began her insurance career as an intern receptionist in 2010 and has steadily grown within the industry ever since. After becoming licensed in 2014, she continued to expand her knowledge and leadership skills, building a strong foundation in customer service and agency operations. Today, she leads Greenway’s Service Center team with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and delivering a seamless experience for every client.
Clients working with Monica can expect a team that is committed to resolving issues correctly the first time while providing reassurance and support every step of the way. She believes that great service goes beyond answering questions, it’s about building trust and creating lasting relationships.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys traveling with family and plans an annual vacation with her son, brothers, and sister. She also enjoys trying new activities with friends and volunteering in the community. A lifelong learner, Monica is an avid reader who founded a book club with friends and enjoys exploring new languages through daily practice. She has developed a strong knowledge of French and recently began learning Italian.
